Notice to chocolate lovers! We propose you a recipe of chocolate fondants, ultra easy and fast to realize. You can use this pastry for any occasion: to taste children, to accompany the coffee, to dessert at the end of a romantic meal. This dessert will delight the most greedy!

  • Yields: 4 Servings


120 g dark chocolate + 8 squares (5 g)

3 eggs

80 g caster sugar

35 g butter

1 tablespoon flour


1Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan , stirring regularly to form a homogeneous and creamy paste.

2Preheat oven to 210 ° C (thermostat 7). In a bowl, combine eggs , sugar and flour.

3Incorporate the chocolate mixture and mix.

4Pour 1/3 of the mixture into individual ramekins.

5Place two squares of chocolate in each of the 4 ramekins,

6then cover them with the rest of the chocolate mixture.

7Place the ramekins in the oven for about 12 minutes, no more!

8Preferably enjoy warm or warm.
